Pest Treatment Plan

Initial Visit

Basements. Crawl spaces. Attics. AM/PM Exterminating will  inspect the inside and outside of your home first because what we do before treatment can make all the difference. In fact, your treatment plan will be customized to your home’s specific needs based on our thorough inspection.

Inside: the first treatment will target the pests currently hiding in your home’s cracks and crevices. Please keep any dead bugs available to be seen by our trained technicians.
Outside: Since most pest problems start outside, we identify and target points of entry and then lay down a protective barrier around your home to help keep pests out.

Ongoing Visits
Roaches. Ants. Beetles. Rats. You name it. As seasons and weather change, different pests will attack your home. No matter what season it is, we will be there to inspect, identify and help protect your home against unwanted invaders.

• If you’re home during our visit, we will inspect and treat both the inside and the outside of your home.
• Even when you’re not home, we will continue to keep your house free of the unwanted guests.
Inside Your Home

Cracks and Crevices
Pests often live and hide in spaces smaller than an inch.  We apply a precise targeted treatment inside the cracks and crevices where pests hide. It’s the most effective interior treatment you can get.

Void Treatment
Enclosed spaces created by construction – such as is found behind walls and under cabinets – can provide a safe haven for pests. Treating these areas requires professional help. Treatment materials in powder form may be applied to unfrequented areas of your home where pests may live, such as attics and unfinished basements.

Directed Contact
Used in conjunction with residual crack and crevice treatment, directed contact is designed to flush pests out of hiding and remove them on contact.

Baits
Baits are used in situations where traditional chemical applications would be inappropriate, such as around food storage areas and electronic equipment.
